I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience in trauma therapy. I help people-pleasers and perfectionists gain control of their lives and find peace by learning to show up as their authentic selves with acceptance and self-compassion. 

I deeply believe in the foundational power of self-care and tuning into the mind-body connection as a tool of transformation and healing. I practice what I teach, and my own healing journey of inner work inspired my mission to change the way we treat mental health–by addressing not just our symptoms, but the whole person–body, mind and spirit. 

By helping you embrace all parts of yourself through shadow work and reparenting your own inner child, you will have the tools to let go of the limiting beliefs that keep you stuck in a loop of unwanted patterns and behaviors, and the freedom to rewrite your story.
